1. Will there be a quality inspection conducted on the vehicle before shipping?
We will provide customers with high-definition videos before shipment, and complete all quality inspections of the vehicle before delivery. Additionally, we will provide you with a factory inspection certificate and relevant inspection and testing certificates upon delivery.
2. Does the price you quoted including shiping?
It is up to the terms of payment you prefer. Both CIP & CIF include the shipment fee.
3. Will you purchase commercial insurance for vehicles during shipping?
Yes, whether within China or abroad, we will purchase insurance for vehicles during shipping.
4. What information is included in the contract?
Once you confirm the vehicle and price, we can proceed to sign the contract. We will prepare an international trade contract and a proforma invoice (PI) for you.
The contract will include product information, payment methods, receiving bank details, delivery time and so on.
As per the agreement in the contract, you will be required to pay a deposit within the specified timeframe.
5. What are your payment terms?
T/T, L/C. Nous préférons un acompte de 30 % par T/T, et USD et EUR sont acceptables.

6. Combien de temps pour terminer ma commande ?
Généralement environ 30 jours, mais les spécificités peuvent varier selon le contrat.
7. Puis-je remplacer les pneus par des neufs ?
Bien sûr, si vous acceptez de payer, nous pouvons remplacer les pneus par des neufs.
